Can I buy from from the website if I live outside the US?
Not at this time. If you'd like to make an international order, please contact us.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Paypal and Apple Pay for online purchases. For purchases in our Miami store, we also accept cash and bank checks.
Will I be charged sales tax?
Only if your order is shipped to an address in Florida. No sales tax is collected for orders shipped to other addresses.
How do I enter a promotional code?
When you check out, look for the box to enter your code.
Can I check the status of my order?
You can check the status of your order by emailing info@jewelrybymarsha.com. Be sure to include the Order Number you received when you completed the purchase.

I see a ring setting that I like on your website, how can I inquire about purchasing a diamond to go with it?
If you are local to south Florida, we recommend setting up an appointment with one of our specialists to explore your options, though anything we can do for you in person, we can assist you with by phone or email. Contact us and we will guide you through the diamond selection process to help you find a perfect gemstone for your desired setting.
Do you have diamonds in stock that I can see today?
Yes. We maintain an extensive diamond inventory and also specialize in sourcing diamonds to fit your specific requirements.
Do I need to make an appointment to look at engagement rings or wedding bands?
No. We look forward to seeing you at the store anytime that is convenient for you.
I have my own diamond, can I still purchase a ring setting for it?
Of course. We’d be delighted to help you find a beautiful setting for your diamond. Contact us for help.
REPAIRS
Do you provide quotes over the phone?
We can provide a rough estimate for you over the phone. To give you an exact cost we need to physically inspect your item to determine the extent of the repair. Please visit our store anytime and we will be happy to help you.
How long will my repair take?
The time it takes to repair a piece of jewelry depends on the complexity of the repair. Most repairs take roughly 7 business days, but in many situations we can offer a faster service. Once we have seen your jewelry in person, we’ll offer an estimate on both repair timing and cost.
What if I need extra help or advice about my purchase?
If you have a question about a specific item, there is an "Ask Us About This Item" button for any questions regarding that piece. You can also contact us anytime with general questions. Our experienced specialists will help you save time and eliminate the guesswork that goes into selecting the perfect gift.
Can you create custom pieces, or make small changes to existing pieces?
